manufacturers and exporters of vegetables
and foods in Shandong province.
Over the past 10 years, having taken
it as their own mission to develop the
high value-added agriculture, promote
the agriculture structure adjustment
and bring along fruitful material benefits
to the local farmers, the ¡°Tianshun
People¡± have consistently adhered to
the philosophy of unity, struggling
and creativity and obtained stable and
accumulative development by continuously
enlarging their investment in the agriculture.
Currently, inside the group company,
a relatively perfect manufacturing and
management industry system has been
established, ranging from research and
development, production base plantation,
processing & production and earning
foreign exchanges through export. Up
till now, Tianshun has developed more
than 100 varieties of export commodities
in 7 categories, including fresh vegetables
& fruits, deep frozen vegetables
& fruits (IQF), steamed-dried vegetables
& fruits(A/D), freeze-dried vegetables,
fruits and seafood (F/D ), salted vegetables,
peanut products, canned fruits &
food and so on.
Production
Base Construction: it has brought
about large scale development and industrialized
effect. We have successively cooperated
or jointly invested with the renowned
Japanese companies and group enterprises
and developed a total plantation base
area of over 10,000mu (about 6.6 million
sq meters) for sweet potato, garlic,
onion and burdock. From the year 2004,
we will deliberately spare no efforts
to develop the plantation base for organic
vegetables and will gradually get the
organic vegetable plantation bases and
factories inspected & certified
by OCIA (USA), OFDC (China), BCS (Germany)
and JAS (Japan).
Production
& Processing: the advanced
equipments and sound facilities provide
a satisfactory guarantee for the quality
of the products. Our group company has
purchased a land over 132000 square
meters and built up a first class and
modern IQF processing line with a total
production capacity of more than 6000
tons, 12 low and constant temperature
cold storages with a storing capacity
of more than 12000 tons , which are
well outfitted with other necessary
accessories.
Quality Control & Management : the
perfect management system and strict
quality control has been thoroughly
and carefully implemented in every processing
and production stage throughout the
entire production course, such as material
checking, processing, storing and transportation,
thus having guaranteed the quality and
safety of each delivered shipments.
At the same time, we are also well equipped
with prefect instruments and utensils
for testing & analyzing soil, pesticide
residues, microorganism, chemical values,
and for investigating and reporting
the plant diseases and insect pests
as well. Our factories have already
got ISO9000 and HACCP approved and certified
and we are about to get ISO14000 certified
in the near future.
International
Trade: With high business efficiency
and nice service professionalism, we
have now established long and stable
business relationships with the VIP
clients in Japan, Europe, South and
North America, Australia, Russian, Singapore,
Malaysia, Indonesian, Bangladesh, Pakistan,
north Africa, Hong Kong, Taiwan and
so on, having acquired an annual export
capacity of 10,000 tons of fresh and
peeled garlic, 1000 tons of fresh chestnuts
and their products, 2000 tons of fresh
fruits, 5000 tons of frozen vegetables
& fruits, 1000 tons of dried vegetables,
1000 tons of salted vegetables and 500
tons of canned food. The ¡°TIANSHUN¡±
brand vegetables, fruits and foods are
now becoming more and more recognized,
accepted and valued in the international
market.
Diversified Development: Based on agriculture
and developing a diversified economy
is our great mission. While deliberately
developing and upholding our ¡°TIANSHUN¡±
brand food, we have made a big joint
investment with a Japanese group company
and set up a new LVL plywood manufacturing
project. When it is completed and put
in operation later this year, the total
annual production capacity can reach
100,000m3 with an output value of over
240,000,000 RMB yuan.
